- Each attendee receives three voting tickets; the votes do not have to be ranked.
- Vote only on the posters that you have time to view; you do not need to view all posters to vote.
- Write down the first and last name of the lead author on your three favorite posters.
- Deposit your votes by 8:30 pm Wednesday in the ballot boxes that will be located at the entrances to the poster room.
- Awards will be announced on Thursday morning.

All Principal Investigators are expected to present a poster. There is a limit of one poster per attendee. Non-Principal Investigators may also submit poster abstracts. All submissions will be reviewed and approved by the ARM Chief Scientist. During the Science Team Meeting, the Chief Scientist will recognize those posters that adhere to the poster guidelines with poster awards. Check out the award-winning posters from 2007.
Each presenter is allotted half of a poster board with an available space of 45 inches tall by 45 inches wide.
Poster Abstracts
Poster abstracts are no longer being accepted. Please contact Nancy Burleigh if you have any questions regarding abstracts.
Poster Submission FAQs
- I can't find a place to enter in my author names on the poster submission form. How do I enter them?
Use the gray button labeled "Click to Add" above the "Category" drop-down list on the Submit a Poster Abstract form. You will then be taken to a page where you can search for each of your authors by last name.
- When I get to the "Search for the Poster Presenter" page, do I have to search for each of my author names individually, or can I enter in everyone's name at once?
You must enter author names one at a time.
- Why can't I see my poster once I submit it?
The ARM Chief Scientist must review and accept or reject each poster once it is submitted. Your poster will not be displayed on the website until it has been approved. Please note that due to the high number of submissions, this process could take several days.
- What kind of image should I submit with my abstract?
Images that highlight the accomplishments described in the abstract should be submitted. These images should be at least 300 dpi in JPEG, BMP, GIF, or PNG can be accepted up to 10Mb. An image of the poster itself should not be submitted here. If you need assistance, contact
