The Chief Scientist will be giving 10 Poster Awards to posters that adhere to these poster guidelines.
Poster Submission FAQs
I can't find a place to enter in my author names on the poster submission form. How do I enter them?
Use the gray button labeled "Add a Presenter" above the "Poster Title" box on the Submit a Poster page. You will then be directed to the People Database page, where you can search for each of your authors by last name.
When I get to the People Database, do I have to search for each of my author names individually, or can I enter in everyone's name at once?
You must enter author names one at a time.
Why can't I see my poster once I submit it?
The ARM Chief Scientist must review and accept or reject each poster once it is submitted. Your poster will not be displayed on the website until it has been approved. Please note that due to the high number of submissions, this process could take several days.
